This 250m swim is a perfect first open water swim event and ideal for those that are newer to their sea swimming journey.

The route will run along the shore, and swimmers will be under the watchful eye of your support crew at all times.

Tow floats are not mandatory but are recommended.

Open to both skins and wetsuit swimmers.

Check-in at 11:30am

250m start at 12:15pm
